If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use this service. Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.
This is a broad statement, meaning you need to place a lot of trust in us. We do our best to earn that trust by being transparent and keeping the doors open to your feedback.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. QAvibe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for any content, testing prompts, and other materials you submit, run, or display on, through, or with the service.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. All tests performed, including your application code access (if any) and testing configurations, remain yours.
You retain ownership of your target applications and the resulting test data. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your testing commands and interact with your applications to generate reports.
You explicitly agree that you will only use QAvibe to test applications, websites, and APIs that you own, operate, or have explicit and verifiable permission to test. Unauthorized scanning, penetration testing, or automated interactions against third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
QAvibe prohibits content and activities that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. If you encounter misuse of the service, please report it to [email protected].
Your subscription is billed monthly based on your plan and usage. The billing amount may automatically adjust based on your consumption of test suites, AI credits, or scans. You can view our current pricing plans on our website.
When you exceed the limits of your current plan, your subscription may be subject to overage charges or automatically upgraded to the next appropriate plan in the next billing cycle, in accordance with the specific plan terms.
Payment is processed automatically using the payment method you provided. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge again over the next few days. After multiple failed attempts, access to your account may be restricted until the payment is resolved.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in your account settings.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email requesting account cancellation is not considered an official cancellation. You can find instructions on how to cancel your account in your account settings.
If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. Your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan (if available) or terminated.
You are free to request the deletion of your account at any time. We will delete your account and all associated test data within 30 days of your request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in harmful or unauthorized testing behavior.
Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any service customer, company employee, or director may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice.
Sometimes we change the pricing structure of our products. When we do, we tend to exempt existing customers from these changes. However, we may choose to change prices for existing customers. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice and notify you via your registered email address.
QAvibe shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, and ideas about the service. You agree that we own all rights to use and incorporate the feedback you provide in any way, including in future improvements and modifications to the service, without payment or attribution to you.
You must not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with QAvibe. The QAvibe logo and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on the service are trademarks of the company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the company or the applicable trademark holder.
We take many measures to protect and secure your testing data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We collect and store data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties and use industry-standard security measures to protect it.
You own all rights, title, and interest in your test data. We do not use your proprietary application data to train our foundational models. When using QAvibe, you own and control 100% of your workspace data.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
Your use of QAvibe is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take the uptime of our application seriously.
We test all our features extensively before releasing them. Like any software, our services inevitably have some bugs. We do not guarantee completely error-free services.
We use third-party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, storage, payment processing, AI models, and related technology required to run the Services.
Important: QAvibe's AI-generated tests, security audits, and performance scans are automated tools designed to assist your Quality Assurance processes. They do not guarantee that your application is 100% secure, bug-free, or compliant with all standards. You are responsible for final review and decision-making regarding your application's quality and release.
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
